The 20DDS front fork cartridges are designed to fit original equipment front forks enhaching their performance for use at the highest levels of racing, these high quality replacement cartridges are designed and manufactured in the UK using the latest software and highest quality processes and materials available.  The closed cartridge pressurised Direct Damping System uses 20mm dia displacing pistons with 8mm dia piston rods keeping the fluid displacement and piston rod forces low in all positions of the stroke, the damping forces are controlled by displacing pistons passing fluid through the 31mm dia control pistons giving a high flow through large diameter valve shims for precise damping control and smooth action.  The system uses the left hand fork leg to control compression damping and the right hand fork leg for rebound control making each circuit independent for adjustment. The system is pressurised by a spring force in the bottom of each leg which keeps the system very stable under extreme conditions giving ultimate feel and confidence to the rider in competitive racing conditions.

The 20DDS fork cartridge are used by many race teams and riders at the highlest levels in race series around the world including, World Supersport, British Superbike, AMA Pro Racing, and prestige Road racing events including the Isle of Man TT races, North West 200 and Macau GP.


The 20DDS Cartridges are only available through recognised K-Tech dealers and are supplied with the following parts:

- Three pairs of optional rate springs.

- Necessary tools to change springs.
