This is a semi quick change kit and not a full quick change kit but it does include everything but the quick release axle and axle nut.

This kit includes:  Lightech chain adjusters, FFR right side wheel guide and captive caliper bracket.

FFR wheel spacers highly recommended (other brand captive spacers may not be compatible with FFR wheel ramp)
