Akrapovic's lightweight Slip-On system offer a great balance between price and performance and represent the first step in the exhaust system tuning process. The change will also be visual as our muffler perfectly fit the exterior line of the ZX-6R and add a clean racing image.

The Akrapovic Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Slip-On Exhaust is designed to increase power and torque while lowing weight over the stock system. The Slip-On Line exhaust is manufactured from race-bred materials and is constructed using a carbon outer sleeve for a real racing look. The muffler assembly has been optimised to produce the best performance and sporty sound. The carbon fiber end cap gives the exhaust extra visual appeal. Simple plug-and-play installation, without any need for other parts or re-mapping.

It's not just about peak power; Akrapovic exhaust systems deliver increased performance throughout the entire rpm range. Increased power and torque result in a much smoother ride. All Akrapovic exhaust system measurements are made on our computer-controlled flowbenches

Performance:

Power & Torque: the exhaust system modification with the SLIP-ON OPEN system results in a major boost in performance, delivering a massive 116.6 HP at 14100 rpm on back wheel. But the increased power isn't available just at the top of the range; the system shows its quality already from 4000 rpm up through entire rpm range. Max. increased power between the Akrapovic and the stock system is 2.9 HP at 14050 rpm. Besides this, the torque is substantially higher in a lower rpm area at 3000 rpm and from middle to high rpm area.
